The P.Audio i12-Sub is a passive subwoofer designed for fixed installation requirements, such as in retail venues and small pubs or bars. The cabinet is constructed from high strength plywood with a PU textured paint finish to provide an attractive presentation in most installation environments. The cabinet is available in both black and white finishes to allow easy integration into any venue and there are 10 rigging points included in order to allow either eye bolt or U Bracket mounting. Connection to the cabinet is made through one of the two speak connectors on the rear of the cabinet. The other connector can be used to daisy chain cabinets together.
The i10-Sub features a high-output 12″ transducer design that uses Finite Element Analysis optimized magnetic design to obtain very high magnetic energy in the woofer gap. The suspension on the woofer is designed to minimize distortion related to compliance and to ensure the woofer has an optimized volume velocity.
